About Dr. Emily Blair
Growing up in a small town on the coast of Maine I had the opportunity to spend much of my time outdoors. Childhood summers and winters were spent joyously hiking, biking, snowshoeing, sledding, camping, sailing, kayaking, and rowing.
During my first career as a legal assistant, I still managed to spend as much time outdoors as possible. In addition, I spent many years as a student of kung fu, tai chi, qi gong, and aikido. The martial arts gave me an extra appreciation of the capabilities of the human body and mind. It was this interest in health and movement that inspired me to leave the legal field to attend the University of Western States, where I received my doctorate in chiropractic.
I am so fortunate to now have a career that enables me to help others stay active and enjoy their lives to the fullest.
